چکیده

Abstract Background Sanziguben polysaccharides (SZP) are large amounts of classical Chinese medicines from (SZGB). Moreover, SZGB is a widely applied compound prescription for diabetic nephropathy (DN) treatment, but the role still unclear. This study initially explores mechanism SZP in treatment DN. Methods The high-fat diet plus streptozotocin injections were used to replicate DN models male C57BL/6 mice. mice divided into five groups: mice, treated with SZP(1.01 or 2.02 g/kg), decoction(4.7 and metformin (300 mg/kg). HG LPS TNFα stimulated human tubule epithelial (HK-2) cells establish an vitro model (100 200 μg/mL). Results was found comprise sugar, protein, uronic acid. Furthermore, alleviated progression inflammation vivo by inhibiting expression NF-κB. Conclusions NF-κB plays critical development induced STZ HG. can attenuate NF-κB‐mediated nephropathy, improve through anti-inflammation.

LincRNA-Gm4419 knockdown ameliorates NF-κB/NLRP3 inflammasome-mediated inflammation in diabetic nephropathy

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) as the primary cause of end-stage kidney disease is a common complication of diabetes. Recent researches have shown the activation of nuclear factor kappa light-chain enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) and NACHT, LRR and PYD domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome are associated with inflammation in the progression of DN, but the exact mechanism is unclear....

Protosappanin A protects against atherosclerosis via anti- hyperlipidemia, anti-inflammation and NF-κB signaling pathway in hyperlipidemic rabbits

Objective(s): Protosappanin A (PrA) is an effective and major ingredient of Caesalpinia sappan L. The current study was aimed to explore the effect of PrA on atherosclerosis (AS). Materials and Methods: Firstly, the experimental model of AS was established in rabbits by two-month feeding of high fat diet. Then, the rabbits were randomly divided into five groups and treated with continuous high ...

Polysaccharides from Liriopes Radix ameliorate streptozotocin-induced type I diabetic nephropathy via regulating NF-κB and p38 MAPK signaling pathways

BACKGROUND The polysaccharides from Liriopes Radix (PSLR) has been indicated to ameliorate insulin signaling transduction and glucose metabolism. We aimed to investigate whether PSLR exerts an ameliorative effect on renal damage in diabetes induced by streptozotocin. METHODS Diabetes was induced with STZ (60 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection in rats. Two weeks after STZ injection, rats in t...

Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Atorvastatin by the Modulation of NF-κB Expression during Hyperglycemia-Induced Nephropathy in Rat

Objective: Atorvastatin has the pleiotropic effects, including anti-inflammation and antioxidant. Therefore, this study considered to examine the effects of atorvastatin on NF-қB expression, as a main transcription factor for expression of inflammatory cytokines, in hyperglycemia-induced nephropathy in rat. Materials and Methods: Twenty four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four g...
